Site & Needs Assessments

Paragon Tactical (PT) offers a project, or needs Range owner signing contract to purchase bullet trap and other shooting range equipmentassessment, evaluation that can help the potential or existing range owner determine the ideal plan for their range facility.  Culling from more than 65 years of combined range, design and construction experience, range owners can save substantial amounts of time, money and even minimize the anxiety that often goes with a new, or reconfigured, range project. • CAD Drawings to present detailed aspects of the range project
  • Detailed Checklist of third party/ government items to complete to help finalize the project for construction
  • Documentation Assistance with permitting, licensing requirements, grant programs, bank financing and project management
  • Case Study Review of comparable range projects that cover size, use, legal and environmental issues
  • Budgetary Reporting to present the expected project returns using financial modeling, cash flow projections, and a sample pro forma profit and loss statement / balance sheet
  • A Range Project Assessment that can serve as the overall guideline for the range project development

Range Project Assessment (RPA) pricing structure: Your RPA fee is based on a tiered structure rate calculated on the size of the range project.  The range project size is best defined by the number of lanes utilized simultaneously.
